 Jerry Butcher
Senior Pastor Pastor Jerry Butcher is the founding pastor of Crossroads. Having grown up in NE Ohio, Jerry returned "home" in 1990 after college and a 10-year ministry in Dallas, TX. He felt God leading him into full-time ministry while attending college at Liberty University in Virginia. He laughs as he admits at that time, he was too quiet to lead in silent prayer. After 18 years of youth ministry, Jerry again felt the Lord's leading to begin a church in the Doylestown area. In December of 1997, Crossroads was born as 28 people (most of whom were children) gathered for worship in the basement of Jerry's home. Fifteen years later, Crossroads has grown into the church home for 750+ worshippers from 20 different surrounding towns/cities. Jerry uses his wit and energy to convey the truth of the Bible. He loves to dream about the church, and he loves Sundays at Crossroads. In his spare time he enjoys his children, grilling out, and reading. Jerry and his wife, Melinda, have four "almost grown" children and a son-in-law.
 Mike Rose
Pastor of Worship Arts Mike Rose is the Pastor of Worship Arts at Crossroads. His major responsibilities include leading worship and all the creative things that happen on the stage from media to music. Mike has been in full time ministry since 1989 and has worked in several areas, including worship, small groups and church planting. Most recently, Mike has spent the majority of his ministry time in worship, media and the creative arts.
Mike is married to Nancy and they have eight children--four boys and four girls. Several of his kids play in the worship band here at Crossroads. He is a graduate of Cornerstone University where he developed a passion for leading worship and doing things with excellence. Youth Pastor Josh started his ministry at Crossroads in May of 2012. His major responsibilities include Junior High and High School ministry. Josh loves the Lord and loves students. Josh is married to Brooke and they have a baby girl, Skye. Josh is a graduate of Liberty University where he studied Bible and Youth Ministry. Make sure your students come check out our awesome student ministry and the newly remodeled Student Center.  Rebekah Butcher
Ministry Coordinator Rebekah is a 2010 graduate of Liberty University where she studied Business Management and International Business. She has joined our team after a couple years in the business world and feels blessed to be able to put her project management skills to work here at Crossroads. Her responsibility is to help lead and organize different areas of ministry around the church including the children's department, Second Saturday, GroupLife, as well as our church-wide outreach events.  Melinda Butcher
Office Manager Melinda has been running the office at Crossroads since before there was an office at Crossroads! Being married to the senior pastor since 1985, it was a natural position for her when the church began in their home. With a business degree from Baylor University, Melinda takes care of our weekly bulletins, e-newsletters, scheduling of the building, and human resource issues. She enjoys traveling and loves to spend time with her family.  Kyle Zacour
Ministry Intern Kyle is a student at Malone University majoring in Special Needs Education and Youth Ministry. Kyle has been attending Crossroads since high school and it is great to have him on board as our Ministry Intern. He is ministering mostly with Junior High students and will be involved in the Wednesday and Sunday programs. Make sure your Junior High students are here Wednesday night for worship and Sunday for Grouplife!
