Blocking Out Dates
- The best way to make sure you are only scheduled for when you can make it to church is by blocking out dates.
- Before each month's schedule is made, you will get an email reminding you to block out dates for the next month.
- To block out dates, log into planning center, under my schedule click "block out dates."
Accepting Schedule Requests
When the schedule is created, you will receive a schedule request by email that looks like the illustration here to the right.
You can respond to the request within the email by simply clicking "accept" or "decline."
If you do not accept or decline, we won't know if you will be able to serve that Sunday.
You can also view the plan and be redirected to the Planning Center website by hitting "View plan."
