• Smile.
• Be relational over informational.
• Engage with kids.
• Be willing to be inconvenienced; we're here to serve!
• Recognize that we don't know what brought someone here.
• Point out important places in the building--help them orient.
• Ask if they'd fill out a New Here card.
• Take the initiative each week to greet someone you don't know; even if you've seen them in church for a while.
